Refund Eligibility

  • Timeframe and credit type: refund requests apply only to subscription plans and must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. For one-time credit purchases, we are unable to process any refund requests.
  • Credit usage: if you have used more than 50 subscription credits, you will not be eligible for a refund regardless of when the purchase was made.

How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund and would like to apply for a refund of subscription credits, please follow these steps.

  • Provide details: include your account information, order number, purchase date, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Submit within 3 days: make sure your refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase.
  • One-time credit purchases are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the result as soon as possible. If your request is approved, we will issue the refund through your original method of payment.

Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee of up to six percent (6%) of the original payment amount, and one-time credit purchases are non-refundable.
